Injunction on President Biden’s Vaccine Mandate for Medical Workers Goes Countrywide

Writing Monday regarding a United States district court that day ordering, in the case of Missouri v. Biden, an injunction on the implementation and enforcement of President Joe Biden’s mandate that millions of health care workers take experimental coronavirus “vaccine” shots, I suggested that that order that applies in ten states may be a step toward a countrywide suspension of the mandate.

Here is an update. The following day — Tuesday, a countrywide suspension of the mandate came into being.

Another Court Knocks Down a President Biden Vaccine Mandate, Enjoining the Mandate on Employees of US Government Contractors

Earlier this month, in response to a United States appellate court’s preliminary injunction order, the US government suspended implementing and enforcing President Joe Biden’s mandate regarding employees of companies with 100 or more employees taking experimental coronavirus “vaccine” shots. Then, yesterday, a US district court issued a preliminary injunction order against the implementation and enforcement of Biden’s mandate that millions of workers in the health care field take the shots.

Today, another of Biden’s major vaccine mandates was enjoined by a district court in Kentucky. The injunction, which applies in Kentucky, Ohio, and Tennessee, bars the implementation and enforcement of Biden’s vaccine mandate for employees of contractors of the US government.

Court Enjoins Enforcement of President Biden’s Medical Workers Vaccine Mandate in Ten States

On Monday, Judge Matthew T. Schelp of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri issued an order of preliminary injunction barring the United States government from implementing and enforcing President Joe Biden’s mandate, enacted via Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services regulations, that millions of workers at facilities that participate in Medicare or Medicaid take experimental coronavirus “vaccines.”

The injunction applies in the ten states that challenged the mandate in the case before the judge — Alaska, Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming.

World Health Organization Opposes Travel Bans Purportedly Imposed to Protect Against ‘Omicron’

Omicron is the newly named type of coronavirus that governments are using to spread fear and to impose new restrictions on people’s activities in the name of protecting “public health.” Among those new restrictions, national governments are banning the entry of people who have been in certain countries. For, example, United States President Joe Biden unilaterally declared on Friday (no congressional approval sought or obtained) that most people, with exceptions for US citizens and some others, who have been in any of eight listed countries in Africa over the previous 14 days may not enter America.

Voting for the Guy Who Fired You

“Vote for me; I’m the guy who fired you because you didn’t take experimental coronavirus ‘vaccine’ shots.” “Vote for me; I’m the guy who made you take experimental coronavirus ‘vaccine’ shots to keep your job.” These are far from persuasive campaign slogans. But, these slogans are what hundreds of thousands to millions of people who voted for President Joe Biden a year ago will be hearing in their heads come election day in 2024 should Biden be the Democratic presidential nominee.

Joe Biden, a President Hiding from Reporters

If you have been thinking President Joe Biden has been skimping on having press conferences and interviews, and otherwise answering questions from reporters, you are correct.

Texas Governor Stands Up Against President Joe Biden’s Coronavirus Vaccine Bullying

Maybe Texas Governor Greg Abbott was influenced by the billboards that appeared around Texas last month urging people to resist bullying regarding experimental coronavirus “vaccine” shots and to instead make their own informed choices. Maybe Abbott perceived the strong opposition among voters to the increasingly harsh measures being taken to push the shots on people. Maybe Abbott’s conscience urged him to act. No matter the reason, Abbott on Monday took a stand for the rights of Texans. Abbott issued an executive order in contradiction to a mandate President Biden announced in September that employers require employees to take the shots. Abbott also added to the agenda of the state legislature’s ongoing special session consideration of legislation similar to the executive order.

Children are Next in Line for Mandated Coronavirus Vaccine Shots

Much attention is focused on President Joe Biden in a Thursday speech announcing that the coronavirus testing alternative United States government employees had been able to use to avoid the mandate to take experimental coronavirus vaccines is being eliminated and that regulations are in the works to require all employees at companies with 100 or more employees to take the “vaccines” or be tested weekly. Less noticed is news that experimental coronavirus vaccines may soon be rolled out for young children. Pfizer-BioNTech is seeking in the next few weeks approval for giving its experimental coronavirus vaccine shots to children ages five through 11, while Moderna is close behind, proceeding with testing of its shots on children 11 and younger. Then come shots for toddlers and babies.

Shots mandates for workers first, shots mandates for children next: That seems to be the situation in America, though it should be noted that some children —especially older children — are workers too.

Preposterous Coronavirus Vaccine Hype: White House Press Secretary Claims the Shots Have Saved ‘Tens of Millions of People’s Lives’

Last week President Joe Biden told the coronavirus vaccines propaganda whopper that about 350 million Americans had taken shots of the experimental coronavirus vaccines. That number, of course, is greater than the United States population. Not content to leave the extreme overcounting of supposed vaccination success to her boss, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki, in a Wednesday press briefing, claimed that we have “seen tens of millions of people’s lives saved who have gotten the vaccine; that data is clear across the country.”

Ineffective Coronavirus Vaccine

On Thursday, United States President Joe Biden was hyping the supposed effectiveness of experimental coronavirus vaccine shots. He claimed in a CNN event that people who take the shots will not “get covid,” “be hospitalized,” “be in an ICU unit,” or “die.” It turns out Biden’s assurance is wrong.

The experimental coronavirus vaccines, some of which are not even vaccines under the normal meaning of the term, are not miracle drugs. Indeed, recent information from Israel, where shots were given very widely and early, indicates that whatever effectiveness the shots may have in countering coronavirus appears to wear off mighty quickly.
