You may think that Benjamin Netanyahu would be just about the least likely foreign government leader for the United States government to assassinate. After all, he is the prime minister of Israel, a nation to which US President Joe Biden and all top congressional leaders — Democratic and Republican — have expressed their devotion. Also, it appears that Netanyahu will soon address a joint session of the US Congress. But, before disregarding the possibility, consider the fate of South Vietnam President Ngo Dinh Diem.

We are five months into Israel’s devastating attacks on Gaza that President Joe Biden’s administration has continuously supported with the provision of weapons and intelligence essential to the war effort despite Congress not appropriating money for such. All the while, Biden and his executive branch cohorts have ridiculously claimed they support restraint in Israel’s pursuit of the war though that restraint never materializes. They have also extolled their virtue for providing aid to Gazans who have been thrust into horror by the Biden administration’s actions even as Israel blocks aid from reaching Gazans.
Marijuana legalization is popular in America. In contrast, President Joe Biden is unpopular. No wonder efforts are being made in Biden’s reelection campaign to paint him as supportive of liberalizing marijuana policy. There is just one problem, over Biden’s three-plus years as president he has done zilch to end the United States government’s marijuana prohibition.
This week President Joe Biden was again talking about his ideas of how the Israel government should exercise more restraint in its war in Gaza. But, he remains all talk and no action on this count.

Providing support for this conclusion, Greenwald presented video of Biden’s comments over the last five decades as a United States senator, presidential candidate, vice president, and president. In the video of Biden’s comments, Biden delivers what Greenwald aptly sums up as “the same message over and over and over: Israel is not just our ally; it is a country to which we owe undying, unlimited loyalty.
On October 26, I wrote about United States House of Representatives members Jim McGovern (D-MA) and Thomas Massie (R-KY) gathering signatures from other House members for a letter to President Joe Biden. The letter asks the president to drop both the US government’s requested extradition and its ongoing prosecution efforts in regard to Julian Assange of WikiLeaks.
Julian Assange of WikiLeaks is in a precarious situation. His legal defense team has been repeatedly rebuffed in its efforts to secure his release from prison in Britain where he suffers from abysmal conditions and to prevent his extradition to the United States. In America, Assange is set to face prosecution for helping expose the secret and disturbing reality of US government actions, including involving war.
Democratic presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. posted at Twitter on Friday some advice for President Joe Biden: Don’t refer to the leader of China’s government with the insulting descriptor of “dictator.” And the advice went further, indicating Biden should avoid using similar language to describe leaders of other nations as well.
