The state government of Florida is standing up against the effort to indiscriminately inject experimental coronavirus “vaccine” shots into children four years old and younger. And, as reported Wednesday by Christopher O’Donnell and Ian Hodgson at the Tampa Bay Times, Florida is the only state to make this decision, every other state government having pre-ordered the shots from the United States government in anticipation of the granting of US regulatory approval.

United States President Joe Biden, a coronavirus crackdown enthusiast, appears to have no qualms about promoting that every American take experimental coronavirus “vaccine” shots and even threatening millions of people with loss of their jobs if they refuse the shots. In contrast, south of the border, Mexico President Andrés Manuel López Obrador has distinguished himself by speaking out against an array of violations of liberty governments have undertaken in the name of countering coronavirus. Refreshingly, López Obrador has also taken a more reasoned approach to whether people should take the experimental shots.
An early warning sign that your child’s pediatrician is a coronavirus propagandist instead of a trusted source of information regarding coronavirus is zealous enforcement of a requirement that you and your child wear masks in the pediatrician’s office. It is not established that masks provide net protection against coronavirus. What is established is that masks can cause health problems.
It will probably get worse from there. Many pediatricians and their employees will pursue with vigor a primary mission of ensuring that every child who enters their offices and can receive experimental coronavirus “vaccine” shots — now children down to age five — do receive those shots immediately. Soon even babies will likely be in the crosshairs.
Children have virtually no risk of major sickness or death from coronavirus. And experimental coronavirus “vaccines” such as the one produced by the Pfizer and BioNTech do come with major known health risks of their own. Additional potential side effects of these companies’ and other companies’ shots remain unknown given the shots’ unusually rushed rollout.
Nevertheless, on Thursday, Pfizer and BioNTech sought approval from the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for giving their experimental coronavirus vaccine, which is not even a vaccine under the normal meaning of the term, to children ages five through 11. (Approval is already in place for ages 12 and up.) With the Biden administration, from Joe Biden on down, pushing for everyone — including younger children as soon as legally allowed — to receive experimental coronavirus vaccine shots, there will be much pressure on people in the FDA to give an OK to Pfizer and BioNTech’s request.
Earlier today, I wrote that it would not be surprising if the California state government adds experimental coronavirus “vaccine” shots to the list of shots the state government mandates that schoolchildren in the state receive. Then, later today, California Governor Gavin Newsom announced in a speech that the state is taking just that step.
Much attention is focused on President Joe Biden in a Thursday speech announcing that the coronavirus testing alternative United States government employees had been able to use to avoid the mandate to take experimental coronavirus vaccines is being eliminated and that regulations are in the works to require all employees at companies with 100 or more employees to take the “vaccines” or be tested weekly. Less noticed is news that experimental coronavirus vaccines may soon be rolled out for young children. Pfizer-BioNTech is seeking in the next few weeks approval for giving its experimental coronavirus vaccine shots to children ages five through 11, while Moderna is close behind, proceeding with testing of its shots on children 11 and younger. Then come shots for toddlers and babies.
Shots mandates for workers first, shots mandates for children next: That seems to be the situation in America, though it should be noted that some children —especially older children — are workers too.
California Governor Gavin Newsom, over the last year and a half, has been one of the American governors imposing the most extensive crackdowns on freedom in the name of countering coronavirus. He also famously exhibited extreme hypocrisy in November by flagrantly violating his own California coronavirus-related mandates while taking part in a dinner party at the uber-expensive French Laundry restaurant. Newsom’s attitude seems to be that his rules are for regular people, not for himself and his friends.
In May, when experimental Pfizer-BioNTech coronavirus “vaccine” shots were being rolled out for children ages 12 to 15, I wrote that state and local governments should decline to participate in the promotion and distribution of these shots to children. What is the sense in subjecting kids to known risks of the shots, as well as risks that in part due to the rushed introduction of the shots are still unknown, in response to coronavirus that poses near zero risk of death or severe illness to them? Governments, leave the kids alone.
A new study out of England quantifies just how tiny the risk of death from coronavirus is for children. Two in a million — that is the number of children under the age of 18 killed by coronavirus in England over 12 months according to the study by scientists at University College London, and the Universities of York, Bristol, and Liverpool.
On Monday, I wrote about the World Health Organization (WHO) recommending at its website that children not be given experimental coronavirus vaccine shots, a position I noted is diametrically opposed to that of national, state, and local governments in America that are putting out much effort to give the shots to as many children — ages 12 and up so far — as possible. The next day, the WHO website section dealing with experimental coronavirus vaccine shots for children was extensively revised.
