A Monday article at the Children’s Health Defense website provides a rundown on some of the latest regarding worries that experimental coronavirus vaccine shots may be causing deaths and injuries across America and the world.

New Peer-Reviewed Study: Lockdowns Are No Good Against Coronavirus

Across the world, people have been suffering because of coronavirus crackdowns marketed as means to limit or even stop the spread of coronavirus. Yet, looking around, many people have observed that it seems there is little to no benefit from oppressive measures such as stay-at-home and business closure orders given that coronavirus spread and dangers appear not to be significantly reduced in countries that impose harsh mandates as compared to those that maintain greater respect for liberty and commerce.

The same seems to be the situation when comparing state and local governments in America that have adopted policies justified as reactions to coronavirus that range from draconian to rather limited.

Drawing Lots with Coronavirus Vaccination

There were delays and some people were turned away at San Diego’s new “Vaccination Super Station” near PetCo Park on Wednesday after, in a short time period, six people had allergic reactions after receiving their experimental coronavirus vaccine shots.

In addition, the unused portion of the lot of the vaccine from which the shots came was pulled from distribution. That suggests thinking that there may be something particularly dangerous about that lot.

This gives a whole new meaning to “drawing lots.”

A Nursing Home had Zero Coronavirus Deaths. Then, It Vaccinates Residents for Coronavirus and the Deaths Begin.

Things seem to be working backwards at The Commons on St. Anthony nursing home in Auburn, New York. Vaccinating people is supposed to reduce or end coronavirus deaths. Right? But, at The Commons, such deaths are reported to have occurred only after residents began receiving coronavirus vaccinations.

In 2021 the IRS Will Finish Off Small Businesses Suffering from Coronavirus Crackdowns

Across America, small businesses have been hit hard by coronavirus crackdowns that state and local governments have imposed over the last ten months. During much of this time many small businesses have been ordered completely shut or have been subjected to strict limitations on how they can conduct business. Such limitations include restaurants having reduced occupancy mandates for dine-in or being limited to providing take-out or delivery. Retail shops have been subjected to reduced occupancy mandates or been allowed only curbside pickup to sell products.

The government-imposed restrictions have killed off many small businesses. Many others are just managing to hang on, their owners hoping that over the horizon normal operation, and with it sufficient profits, will be allowed to resume.

Doctors, Normal and Abnormal

There seem to be few normal doctors around anymore. Try to have an appointment with many doctors over the last few months and they will demand that you put a mask over your nose and mouth — supposedly to block coronavirus transmission. You’d think, given they are doctors, they would know that there are health risks from you doing so and that it is not established that you doing so provides any net protection against coronavirus. Yet, they demand away. This is abnormal behavior.

Then, check out the big money news organizations and pretty soon you are likely to read or hear from one of the go-to doctors hectoring people to wear masks and “social distance” to protect against coronavirus. As with masks, the benefit of “social distancing” is not established. Further, for most people coronavirus poses little risk of death or even serious sickness. Many people, including some people who believe they have high risks related to coronavirus, would rationally choose to risk having coronavirus by proceeding with their lives unimpeded by mask wearing, “social distancing,” limiting activities to only those that are “essential,” closing their businesses, losing their jobs, and whatever other burdens abnormal doctors advise.

Potential Students Say ‘No Thanks’ to Universities; Professors Lose Jobs.

In June, as universities across America started announcing their planned coronavirus policies for the fall semester, I wrote that “oppressive rules put in place in the name of countering coronavirus at university campuses may tip the scale against spending tens of thousands of dollars or even over a hundred thousand dollars, or going into debt for that amount, for four years or more at college.”

President López Obrador of Mexico Says Choose Liberty, not Dictatorship, in Coronavirus Policy

Across the world, politicians are continuing and even expanding coronavirus crackdown measures including the shuttering of businesses, limiting of people’s movement, and requiring of mask wearing.

It is refreshing to see some national political leaders who have followed another course, rejecting using coronavirus as a reason for imposing a multitude of harsh restrictions on people. Mexico President Andrés Manuel López Obrador went a step further on Wednesday, calling out other national leaders for “acting like dictators” in imposing coronavirus policies that suppress liberty.
