In September of 2021, I wrote about Joseph Ladapo speaking “boldly in favor of freedom and against using health fearmongering, including the overstating of dangers from coronavirus, as an excuse to violate individual rights” in the comments he made upon Florida Governor Ron DeSantis appointing him to be surgeon general and the leader of the state’s health department. Ladapo thus, I wrote, distinguished himself from the “many state health department leaders across America” who had been “leading the charge against freedom.”

In June, I wrote about Deborah Birx, one of the key “public health” officials from the orchestration of the American coronavirus scare, being back in action stirring up fear of another disease. This time Birx’s fearmongering was about bird flu. And she was advocating for government to follow a similar disastrous course to supposedly counter this disease as had been pursued in regard to coronavirus in the crackdown begun years back.

Though much pushed by government, companies, and media, the successive coronavirus “vaccine” shots have become increasingly unpopular. This includes among medical workers.
Back in December of 2020, then United Staes President Donald Trump was touting the supposed great accomplishment of his Operation Warp Speed quickly producing coronavirus “vaccines.” Trump and politicians, bureaucrats, and media members at the national, state, and local level then did everything they could to maximize the number of people who took successive shots incessantly proclaimed to be “safe and effective.”
Remember Deborah Birx, the “scarf lady” United States bureaucrat who joined President Donald Trump and chief coronavirus fearmonger Anthony Fauci for regular televised briefings to whip up fear of coronavirus and support for crackdowns and new health practices supposedly required by “the science”?
“Bird flu pandemic could be ‘100 times worse’ than COVID, scientists warn.” That is the headline at the New York Post for one of many media reports out Thursday spreading the latest pandemic scare.
Coronavirus shots mandates imposed by the United States government have largely been jettisoned as the coronavirus scare has receded, legal challenges have been pursued, and the experimental “vaccine” shots have fallen far short of meeting their often repeated “safe and effective” categorization.
Still, some US government mandates to take the shots remain in place, including for US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) health care personnel.
In September of 2021, many government officials in America were advocating requiring people to take experimental coronavirus “vaccine” shots in order to stay employed, go to school, or just shop at stores or attend events. At the same time, Dr. Joseph Ladapo, a man with a very different approach to the matter, was being appointed by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis to be the state’s a new surgeon general and Department of Health leader.

The Big Rise in Deaths in America
The United States government pursued a huge crackdown and spending spree in the name of countering coronavirus. In contrast, it has been behaving blasé regarding the big rise in deaths in America since the coronavirus scare and the rollout of coronavirus “vaccine” shots. The desire seems to be to sweep under the rug this new situation, trying to neither respond to it nor even to define its cause.
On October 1 of last year, I wrote about California Governor Gavin Newsom having signed into law the previous day AB 2098, legislation I described as telling “the state’s medical boards to punish doctors who challenge the coronavirus orthodoxy.”
