It has been two weeks since a United States district court struck down President Joe Biden’s mandate, imposed through the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), that people wear masks when traveling via public transportation, or by taxi or ride-share service, as well as when at related locations, such as airports. After the court decision, most transportation companies and locations have been quick to make clear that people are free to leave their faces uncovered. Many people have been very happy to do just that.

A United States district judge in Florida struck down on Monday the mandate imposed by President Joe Biden through the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) that people countrywide wear masks in many public transportation-related activities and locations, as well as in taxis and ride share vehicles.
Elle Reynolds began her Monday article at The Federalist with this observation that is sure to resonate with many people who have delved into the facts related to coronavirus and United States government-backed actions taken in the name of countering it: “The COVID bureaucracy has spent two years now preaching lies.”
But, then Reynolds throws in a new twist. It seems that Rochelle P. Walensky, the director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) whose apparent job description since taking on the position last January at the beginning of Joe Biden’s presidential administration included fearmongering regarding coronavirus and exaggerate the benefits of experimental coronavirus “vaccine” shots, went on a truth telling spree in regard to coronavirus over the weekend.
It has been clear for several months that the experimental coronavirus “vaccines” widely promoted by politicians and big money media as super-effective at countering coronavirus are actually ineffective. The reaction of shots promotors to this problem has been to tell people they should take repeated booster shots, maybe forever.
An early warning sign that your child’s pediatrician is a coronavirus propagandist instead of a trusted source of information regarding coronavirus is zealous enforcement of a requirement that you and your child wear masks in the pediatrician’s office. It is not established that masks provide net protection against coronavirus. What is established is that masks can cause health problems.
It will probably get worse from there. Many pediatricians and their employees will pursue with vigor a primary mission of ensuring that every child who enters their offices and can receive experimental coronavirus “vaccine” shots — now children down to age five — do receive those shots immediately. Soon even babies will likely be in the crosshairs.
There was some great news last month when the state of Florida won, in a United States district court, a preliminary injunction against the enforcement of Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) mandates, including for vaccine passports, under the CDC’s draconian and unprecedented “conditional sailing order” imposed on cruises in the name of countering coronavirus. I provided details about the court decision in an article here.
Unfortunately, late Saturday night — before the district court’s preliminary injunction was set to take effect on Sunday, a panel of three judges of the 11th Circuit decided by a two to one vote to stay the preliminary injunction pending appeal. The appellate court’s decision thus dictates that the CDC’s mandates on cruises, and cruise ship crews and passengers, remain enforceable for the time being.
On Friday, the state of Florida won a court victory against the United State government’s Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The court decision restrained the CDC’s effort to require, in the name of countering coronavirus, that cruise lines implement vaccine passport requirements and various other CDC-defined mandates on cruises.
Via a Monday Twitter post, President Joe Biden made an unqualified assertion that the experimental coronavirus vaccines, which are not even vaccines under the normal meaning of vaccines, the United States government is encouraging Americans to take are “safe” for everyone. However, taking a look through the fact sheets for recipients and caregivers regarding the Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna experimental coronavirus vaccines, available at the website of the US government’s Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, you find a very different representation.
Talk about bad junk mail. President Joe Biden’s administration is considering delivering masks to all Americans — in the name of countering coronavirus, of course.
The United States government’s distribution of these unneeded masks would be both a waste of money and a significant step in advancing the mask mandate tyranny in America.
Doctors, Normal and Abnormal
There seem to be few normal doctors around anymore. Try to have an appointment with many doctors over the last few months and they will demand that you put a mask over your nose and mouth — supposedly to block coronavirus transmission. You’d think, given they are doctors, they would know that there are health risks from you doing so and that it is not established that you doing so provides any net protection against coronavirus. Yet, they demand away. This is abnormal behavior.
Then, check out the big money news organizations and pretty soon you are likely to read or hear from one of the go-to doctors hectoring people to wear masks and “social distance” to protect against coronavirus. As with masks, the benefit of “social distancing” is not established. Further, for most people coronavirus poses little risk of death or even serious sickness. Many people, including some people who believe they have high risks related to coronavirus, would rationally choose to risk having coronavirus by proceeding with their lives unimpeded by mask wearing, “social distancing,” limiting activities to only those that are “essential,” closing their businesses, losing their jobs, and whatever other burdens abnormal doctors advise.
