In his effort to promote the United States government pursuing a noninterventionist foreign policy, Ron Paul has often commented that sanctions are an act of war. Like other acts of war, Paul argues, the right course is to avoid sanctioning unless actually necessary to defend America from attack.

Mass Shooting Deception at the Washington Post

What? There were at least 11 mass shootings in America over Memorial Day weekend? That is what Annabelle Timsit wrote in a Washington Post article. That is news to me, and probably to you as well.

Why had we not heard of all these mass shootings? One simple reason: They did not happen.

Donald Trump, ‘Isolationist’

On Tuesday, I wrote about Bill Weld, who is running for president in the Republican primary, criticizing President Donald Trump for causing the United States to “retreat into isolationism,” with “isolationism” being used as a substitute for a foreign policy of nonintervention. Weld is not the only politician recently making this bizarre accusation about Trump. It appears from reporting by Washington Post columnist Josh Rogin that this week former United States President George W. Bush did so as well.
